Domestic & Commercial Energy Performance Certificates in Scotland  
CDMM have the facilities and expertise to produce Energy Performance Certificates. We employ a CIBSE registered Low Carbon Consultant, and are accredited by BRE to produce EPC’s for existing buildings. We are therefore well placed to offer advice and to answer any questions that you may have regarding EPC’s. Some details and general guidance on EPC’s are given in the following sections.

Scotland, as an EU member state has an obligation under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive to promote the energy performance of new and existing buildings. An Energy Performance Certificate displays the CO2 emissions for the buildings and it is the responsibility of the building owner to produce the Energy Performance Certificate.
